Upholstery 5-Day Summer Course

18th Century style, Victorian and Edwardian Examples of Stuffover Chairs

If you just want to try out upholstery for the first time or have a particular project in mind and cannot commit to a regular class, then a one-week summer course may be the answer.  You will work on your own project at your own pace under our expert guidance.


This type of course is a snap-shot in the basics of upholstery.  If you have little or no experience, then don't be too adventurous.  We suggest that you start with a footstool or a stitched and stuffover dining chair, which may take up to a week to complete.  However, if you have a particular project in mind, you will be guided through the various processes involved for that particular project.

 

Upholstery tools and materials are supplied but materials will be charged for on the basis of what is used.  No experience necessary.
